We have many notable families interred at SDC. Almost every local road or street is named after early residents and we have commensurate family plots for those same families. Many descendants visit often.
As you walk through SDC you will see, in addition to well-maintained grounds, interesting names such as Ulysses Grant and Thankful as surnames.
Additionally, rumor has it that John Wilkes Booth is interred here as well though it is unsubstantiated.
