Five trustees meet on-site monthly; more often if necessary. All business and finances are detailed in the meetings. We typically have two "claim" cycles per month which include bill paying and semi-monthly payroll activities. Every cent expended or received is accounted for. All meeting agendas, minutes and claims are transparent to the public and are therefore written and presented professionally.
